Florida Amendment 1 2024 Amendment 4. Amendment 4 would enshrine abortion access in florida if approved by at least 60% of voters in november. By now every floridian has been exposed to the pros and cons of this amendment through the barrage of mailers and tv ads.
Proponents say the measure would increase transparency and aid voters. Amendment 1 would make district school board elections partisan starting with the 2026 general election.
